No matter where we start or the challenges life throws our way, we all have the power to rise above and redefine what success means for us. This belief has shaped my journey, inspiring me to break barriers, think creatively, and create opportunities that uplift others.

 It all started with a fascination for understanding how people grow and discover themselves. That curiosity led me to study psychology, earning both an honours and a master’s degree from the University of Manchester. The knowledge I gained, combined with real-life experiences, has helped me create work that truly connects with people on a personal level.

The next chapter of my journey was sparked by a deep passion for exploring different cultures. Backpacking across North and Central America, living in Turkey, and volunteering in Tanzania are just a few of the highlights. These experiences inspired me to shift into teaching, a career that allowed me to immerse myself in communities both in the UK and abroad. It was during this time I saw first-hand how education can transform lives, which strengthened my dedication to creating spaces where everyone has the chance to thrive, no matter their circumstances.

A growing curiosity about innovation marked the start of the next phase. It drew me into social entrepreneurship and eventually led to the launch of Social Blox. This project focuses on levelling the playing field by providing small charities and community groups with tools and platforms to build stronger connections and fundraise more effectively.

Creativity, learning, and personal growth have always been at the heart of everything I do. Whether it’s through my writing, art, or community projects, my aim is to inspire others to uncover their strengths and follow their dreams. My debut book, The Unsung Goddesses, reflects this mission, drawing from my own experiences as a woman navigating different cultural landscapes.
